Phase 1
A frozen “pond at Bowan Field” will be created for the winter of 2012 season. The Hockey team will play 26 home games from October 2012 to January 2013. The majority of the ice time, however, will be available to the community for public skating, skating programs for children, adults and seniors, hockey instruction, hockey leagues, figure skating, ice shows, and special outdoor events.

Renovation of the Pickelner Arena
- Ice making machines
- In-floor cooling
- Locker Rooms
- Seating for 2,500 spectators
- Capacity for 3,500 for entertainment shows using on-floor seating and stage
